Dr. Melissa Tada

Mountain View Vision is the office of Dr. Melissa Tada and her wonderful staff of dedicated caring professionals. We are located on the north east side of Colorado Springs, just south of the new Penrose St. Francis Hospital.

We see patients as young as 6 months old but we love to see all age groups. Dr. Tada cares for all eye conditions from simple nearsightedness to diagnosing and treating many eye diseases. She keeps up with state-of-the art changes is diagnosis and treatment of disease. One of the most common conditions we see is dry eye. It sounds so simple yet it can impact every part of your daily life. Since moving to Colorado, Dr. Tada has become a specialist in the treatment and management of dry eye.

Often times, when dry eye is successfully treated people who thought they could no longer wear contact lenses are able to get back into lenses. With the development of new contact lens materials and designs almost any prescription can be fit. Even those who now need to wear reading glasses can be fit in contact lenses.

Advanced technologies are not just available in disease management and contact lenses, it is also available in glasses and sunglasses. The optical staff, at Mountain View Vision, has over 40 years of experience fitting glasses and sunglasses and they stay up to date on the latest technology. They can comfortably fit everyone from infants to chic adults and everything in between.
